Prudish Patricia (Pat) punishes her pretty young lodger for some hanky-panky with her boyfriend. Suddenly, to her surprise, she is overpowered, with the lodger getting her own back with interest. Then Pat's boyfriend walks in on them and now the real action starts! Furious at the shambles they have caused to his normally orderly house, he dishes out to both of them a very hard and overdue lesson that neither one will soon forget!
